First Steps of Weave Training!

Due to the rain, the holidays, computer viruses, and just plain life in general....I only got around to uploading Crickets weave work today.

We are learning the weaves with the 2x2 method---WHICH I LOVE! This is the first few days training and was taken a few weeks ago I think, then we had a break of a few weeks ....so I will post the second half of our weavies soon, but spoiler alert.....Cricket is doing twelve mighty awesome weaves. Love the 2x2 because it goes soooo fast, lightening fast and it has just been so much fun!

The 2x2 methods seems to be working well for Cricket's training. I love her tugs - she looks really toy motivated which is good!!

Hurray for Cricket!!! She is doing so well with those entries and then with finding the second set of poles! The 2X2 method is proving to be THE way to teach weaves, I think! Can't wait to see Cricket's super fast 12 weaves! Congratulations on doing such an amazing job with her!

I LOVE the 2x2 method as well- it makes so much sense and definitely teaches them independence in the weaves. Cricket looks like a fun little gal to train- can't wait to see her being a weavin' machine!
